In addition to the regular offering, Xur sells unique rolls for Exotics from no longer available Exotic missions from past DLCs. However, you can only buy these weapons from Xur if you also have the appropriate expansion.

He currently has one weapon on offer:

  • The Hawkmoon Exotic Hand Cannon (Beyond Light DLC) with hipfire handle.
  • The Iron Banner is now flexible

What was the problem in the Iron Banner? Since the introduction of several new game modes in the Iron Banner event, the Destiny 2 community has regularly seen massive discussions and discontent over the mode rotation set by Bungie. This often resulted in the Iron Banner mode being subsequently changed from “Tribute” or “Fortress” back to “Control” under pressure from the Guardians.

    But that is over now:

Otherwise, players can still earn armor and triumphs in this Iron Banner:

  • In Season 23 you have the opportunity to earn the popular automatic rifle “Deadly Abundance” with a penetrating casing in Iron Banner.
  • You can also earn a Banana Badge, an Iron Banner shader, and the Iron Symmachy armor from Destiny 1 through engrams.
  • Real iron wolves can also crown themselves with a gold title.
  • How many Iron Banners are there in Season 23? January 23rd was basically the last date for the Iron Banner confirmed by Bungie on the This Week at Destiny blog. However, there was also speculation about week 13, i.e. from February 20th to 27th, 2024, as to whether the event would take place again.

Danger: This Iron Banner date has not yet been confirmed. So you shouldn’t rely on the fact that there will definitely be another event so that you don’t end up disappointed that you missed out on the title or the rewards.
