(Finance) – Datrixa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the development of Augmented Analytics solutions and services based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Models, announced that the largest shareholder FMC GROWTH Srl (which holds a percentage equal to 41.51% of the share capital) has filed a list for the renewal of the Board of Directors.
The list of candidates for the position of member of Board of Directors is composed as follows: 1. Fabrizio Milano d’Aragona 2. Mauro Arte 3. Carolina Minio-Paluello 4. Massimiliano Magrini 5. Edoardo Carlo Raffiotta 6. Giuseppe Venezia 7. Milena Prisco.
