The teaser of the Xiaomi 12 reveals that it will come in four hues namely black, blue, pink and green. The device has a punch-hole display on the front and a 50-megapixel triple camera unit on the back.
Reports have revealed that the compact-sized Xiaomi 12 will feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with Gorilla Glass Victus protection for the screen.
The device will have a 32-megapixel camera for capturing selfies. The rear camera setup will feature a 50-megapixel main snapper, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 32-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Along with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, it will come with UFS 3.1 storage 256 GB 12 LPDDR5 GB RAM. It will also be backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 12.67W fast charging, 30W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. Other features include Android 12 with MIUI 13 coating and stereo speakers powered by Harmon Kardon.
According to some tech analysts, the actual images shown above are of the Xiaomi 12 Pro, not the Xiaomi 12. Although both models have a very similar design, the camera sensors and physical buttons are said to be larger than the Xiaomi 12.
