The police were called to the home in Vingåker municipality during the night and found the woman dead.
The woman has injuries which mean that it cannot be ruled out that she was murdered. A man suspected of murder was arrested at the scene.
– We carry out technical investigations and interrogations. We also find out if there are witness statements, says Angelica Israelsson Silfver, the police’s press spokesperson.
The woman and the man have some type of relationship with each other, according to the police.
The woman’s relatives have been informed of the death.
