Wizz Air reaches 160 aircraft in its fleet

(Finance) – The 160th aircraft of the Wizz Air fleet is an Airbus A321neo, which combines the reduction of almost 50% of the acoustic footprint, with the reduction of 20% of fuel consumption and 50% of nitrogen oxide emissions.

The Hungarian low-cost airline, which aims to triple the size of its fleet by the end of the decadehas an order book of more than 411 Airbus A320 family aircraft, which will enable the airline to further reduce its environmental footprint by 25% per passenger-kilometer by 2030.

The new aircraft received by Wizz Air is the 59th Airbus A321Neo with 239 seats in service in the fleet.
