The company, which has recently developed a feature that allows businesses to add notes to customer records, will present the new process from the menu that opens when you press directly on the incoming message, as you can see in the post at the bottom of the page. The feature, which will eliminate the need for the manual note adding process and save time, is currently being tested in beta versions. -All: The default view of all your messages.
-Unread: Ideal for when you want to see conversations you missed or need to reply to. Shows messages you’ve marked as unread or haven’t opened yet so you can prioritize your replies.
-Groups: Thanks to this highly requested feature, all your group chats will now be organized in one place. From your weekly family dinner conversation to vacation plans, you’ll be able to find all your favorites more easily. Subgroups of communities will also appear here.
