What do the satellite images say?

According to Veli-Pekka Kivimäki, a dissertation researcher at the National Defense University, the movement of Russian troops to Belarus began around mid-January. – Russian assault planes and fighter bombers have been positioned in places where they have not been before, closer to Ukraine, Kivimäki says.
