The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on Saturday evening at Näsby in Kristianstad. The wedding party was going on in the party room when a fight broke out, for unknown reasons, outside.
– There are a large number of people arguing. As far as we know, one person is injured, says Rickard Lundqvist, press spokesperson at the police.
A 25-year-old man suffered stab or cut injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The police have cordoned off the scene pending a crime scene investigation.
