Watermain break leaves some Norfolk residents without water

Residents in Port Rowan and St. Williams may be experiencing lower water pressure due to a watermain break.

Norfolk County issued an advisory early Sunday afternoon stating that the break occurred in the transmission line at 274 Front Road, between St. Williams and Port Rowan.

Crews are working to repair the break that will see residents who live north of the booster station at 180 Townline Street experience decreased water pressure, while residents in Booths Harbor, Fin and Feather, and areas south of the St. Williams booster station will be without water until completion of repairs.

Staff from Norfolk County were to go door-to-door to notify residents affected by the disruption.
