(Finance) – The Board of Directors of the South Tyrolean bank Volksbank approved the 2021 annual results, a year that ended with a net profit of over 70 million eurosand confirmed on return to dividend. Assets under administration grew by over 2 billion euros in the year, while commissions increased by double figures. Shareholders’ equity rises to 816 million euros, which corresponds to 16.9 euros per share. Volksbank now has over 250 million euros of primary capital exceeding the regulatory limits, with a primary capital ratio (CET1 phased-in) of 15.7%. The return on assets is 9.4%.
