Isolated on the international scene since the war in Ukraine, Vladimir Putin will visit China on Tuesday October 17. The Russian president is going there for the first time since the start of the war in Ukraine to participate in the third “New Silk Roads” Forum, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Representatives from 130 countries are expected at this summit, but the Russian president will be one of Beijing’s chosen guests.
