The emergency services were on the scene with three units at half past three last night. The people in the house managed to get out in time, and no one was injured in the fire.
– Sadly, the house has burned down, but no one in the house was injured thanks to a helpful neighbor who knocked on the door and alerted the people in the house that the mobile home was on fire, says Marie Nordahl, management operator at Rescue Center Mitt.
The emergency services assess that there is no risk of spread. Units will remain on site for several hours ahead for surveillance and post-extinguishing.
