Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his accompanying delegation at the Presidential Complex.
At the press conference held after the meetings, Yılmaz said, “We agreed to open a Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, the heart of the Vietnamese economy.”
