(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Valtecnea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan which operates in the sector of high precision mechanics for medical devices and industrial applications, communicated the appointment of Michela Ferrari as Chief Financial Officerstarting from 3 July 2023. Up to now, the position has been held, jointly with the HR function, by Fabiano Gusmeroli who will focus on the latter function taking into account the company’s growth in size.

Ferrari, 43, after graduating in Business Economics from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, began his professional career in Pepsico Beverages Italia in 2003, dealing with accounting and administration. He then gained significant experience in the financial sector primary national and multinational companies.
