Utrecht – The Utrecht drug criminal Henk Rommy, alias the Black Cobra, has been acquitted by the court of ordering the murder of the Greek diamond merchant and drug trafficker Henie Shamel and the manslaughter of his girlfriend Anne de Witte in Antwerp in 1993.
