US intelligence estimates that between 100 and 300 people may have been killed in the explosion at a hospital in Gaza on Tuesday, according to a document seen by AFP.
“We estimate that the death toll is likely to be in the lower range,” the intelligence assessment submitted to the US Congress says.
According to terrorist-branded Hamas, Israel was behind the explosion, while Israel claims that an expired Palestinian rocket caused the disaster.
