USA, durable goods orders rebound beyond expectations in November

KKR sells more than 560 million worth of warehouses

(Finance) – Increases more than expected American durable goods orders in the month of November 2023. According to the United States Department of Commerce (Bureau of the Census), orders showed a monthly increase of 5.4% after -5.1% in the previous month (data revised from a preliminary of -5.4 %). Consensus estimates indicated an increase of 1.7%.

The “core” data, i.e. net of the orders of transport sectorincreased by 0.5% compared to -0.3% in the previous month and compares with the +0.2% estimated by analysts.

If you exclude the defense sectororders increased by 6.5%, after the previous -6.4%.
