Uniqlo’s best-selling bag is back in an ultra chic version and still at a low price

Uniqlos best selling bag is back in an ultra chic version

The it bag from the previous season? A bag created by the Uniqlo brand, which all fashionistas have adopted. Good news: designer Clare Waight Keller has reinterpreted it as part of her long-term collaboration with the Japanese brand.

For several months, it’s been impossible to go out into the street without seeing dozens of men and women wearing this It bag slung over their shoulder. Fashionistas’ new favorite accessory? A polyester half-moon bagto wear under the arm or as a crossbody, like a fanny pack.

Created by the Uniqlo brand, the piece that arouses all desires has the advantage of being very inexpensive, since it only costs 14.90 euros. For fall-winter 2023-2024, it comes in velvet and takes on the colors of the season: khaki, chocolate, white… Simply irresistible. In addition, and for the first time, a designer revisits this model, as part of the brand new line Uniqlo C that Clare Waight Keller initiated with the Japanese brand. Under the pencils of the former artistic director of Chloé and Givenchy, Uniqlo’s new hit becomes an XXL faux leather fanny pack, more chic than ever. Available in white, black, yellow and brown, it is sold at a price of 29.90 euros.

Elegant and affordable, that’s how we could describe Clare Waight Keller’s entire first collection for Uniqlo. Its fluid, oversized silhouettes consist of tartan-lined trench coats, fleece jackets and pastel coats, pleated skirts and floral dresses.

Uniqlo renews itself thanks to collaborations

Uniqlo C is not the only surprise that the Japanese brand has in store for us for the last quarter of 2023. Founded almost fifty years ago, the Japanese brand has just launched a capsule collection in collaboration with Cotton Counterwhich, like Uniqlo, belongs to the Fast Retailing group.

Available in stores and online since September 21, the 11 new pieces are sold at affordable prices : between 34.90 and 129.90 euros. Perfect for entering autumn, wool polo shirts, pleated jeans and light blouses make up the sober, comfortable and modern line imagined by the two houses.

To further modernize its image, the world’s number three clothing retailer has also completely overhauled its French window by completely renovating its Parisian store located in the busy Opera district. Opened in 2009, the 2,265 square meter point of sale has been equipped with 34 fitting rooms and 26 self-service checkouts to reduce waiting times at checkout. A repair space was also installed in the center of the ground floor.
