(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Unidataoperator of telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services listed on Euronext Growth Milan, communicated that CONSOB has authorized the publication of the Information Prospectus relating to the uplisting of the company’s ordinary shares on the regulated Euronext Milan market.
The approval of the Information Prospectus by CONSOB follows the provision with which Italian Stock Exchangeon 29 May 2023, ordered theadmission listed on Euronext Milan.
L’start of negotiations on Euronext Milan and the simultaneous exclusion from trading on Euronext Growth Milan will be established by Borsa Italiana with a specific notice.
