“106 Russian soldiers have been handed over after negotiations from territories under Kiev’s control,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in Kremlin-approved terminology about Ukraine.

The last prisoner exchange during the Russian war of aggression was carried out on 7 March. 130 Ukrainians were then exchanged for 90 Russian soldiers.
