(Tiper Stock Exchange) – TXT e-Solutions, company listed on the STAR Segment of the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, informs that today the independent director of the Company, dott. Carlo Gotta, has resigned from his position with immediate effect for personal and professional reasons.
Consequently – explains the company – the functions covered by Carlo Gotta within the Control and Risk Committee and the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties of the Company are also no longer in office.
The Company’s Board of Directors, which met today, resolved not to proceed with the co-optation of a director, taking into account the fact that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is called for 20 April 2023 also to resolve on the renewal
of the administrative body.
