Two men have been charged with murder following last week’s shooting during the Super Bowl parade in Kansas City, in which a 43-year-old woman was killed. Both suspects have been hospitalized since the shooting.
Two teenagers are already in custody, suspected of, among other things, weapons offenses in connection with the incident.
Another twenty people were injured in the shooting and in the panic that arose when thousands of people tried to leave the place at the same time. Around half of the injured were children.
The crowd had gathered to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory in the Super Bowl, the final game of American NFL football.
