Chatham-Kent police responded to a complaint Tuesday morning in area of Catherine Street in Blenheim.
Police said a woman accused her boyfriend of pushing her to the ground before choking her.
Officers arrived and arrested a 34-year-old London man for assault causing bodily harm and assault, police said.
On Tuesday evening, police arrested a 53-year-old Chatham man for intimate partner violence-related charges.
Police said these charges included two counts of assault, uttering threats and mischief with a value less than $5,000.
Both accused were taken to police headquarters and later released with future court dates, police said.
Blenheim man arrested on multiple warrants
Chatham-Kent police caught up to a 37-year-old Blenheim man on Tuesday wanted on a multiple warrants.
Police said the accused was found in the area of Snow Avenue in Blenheim around 3:30 pm and arrested on the warrants that included charges of assault and possession of stolen property with a value more than $5,000.
He was taken to police headquarters and held for bail.
Wallaceburg man facing drug load
A 37-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested after members of the Chatham-Kent police intelligence unit and critical incident response team executed a warrant at a Lafontaine Street home in Wallaceburg Tuesday night.
Police said the accused was charged with possession of suspected methamphetamine and transported to police headquarters.
He was released with a future short date.
Chatham man found with two stolen ATVs
A 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested by Chatham-Kent police on Tuesday after being found in possession of two allegedly stolen ATVs.
Police said the man was charged with two counts of possession of stolen property. He was also found to be breaching previous release conditions, police alleged.
The accused was taken to police headquarters and later released with a future court date.
