Two men in their 20s and 30s were arrested on Saturday morning at Arlanda on suspicion of serious money laundering.
They had with them a large amount of cash and watches, which have now been confiscated.
– The two men were taken by the police and the money was confiscated. It is around 270,000 approximately, says Anna Westberg of the Stockholm Police to Aftonbladet.
It is the second day in a row that people have been arrested at Arlanda with a six-figure amount of cash on them.
And a few days ago, a man in his 60s was stopped at the airport with gold bars worth SEK 1.7 million in his luggage.
