(Tiper Stock Exchange) – The Ordinary Assembly of the shareholders of Tuscany Airports met today under the chairmanship of Marco Carrai and resolved the distribution of a extraordinary dividend of total amount of 7,000,000 eurosout of 18,611,966 Toscana Aeroporti shares.
The dividend will be placed to be paid on July 26, 2023 with detachment of coupon no. 15 on July 24, 2023 and record date on July 25, 2023.
Confirmed by the assembly the appointment of Director Linda Stivala already co-opted by the Board of Directors on
12 May 2023. The appointed Director will remain in office until the expiry of the current BoD.
