In Togo, a few days after the start of the school year, two students were killed when a classroom wall collapsed. The tragedy happened Wednesday September 27, mid-morning, at the public primary school of N’Gobo, more than 250 kilometers north of the capital. The excitement has invaded the locality where questions are being asked.
