(Finance) – With reference to today’s press rumors about the business plan, TIM expresses disappointment and concern with respect to such reconstructions which are to be considered unfounded and harmful to the Company. There company will file a complaint to the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Consob for the relevant follow-up.
TIM also specifies that the plan is being defined and will be discussed within the Board of Directors and that the related quantitative targets have not been discussed nor have any decisions been made in this regard.
