Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir announced that he will submit his resignation from the government tomorrow in protest of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, but will not try to bring down the coalition.
“HE PROMISED TO DISMISS”
Speaking to the Israeli media, Ben Gvir claimed that Netanyahu promised to dismiss Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi and that if he agreed to stay in the coalition, he would say that this was due to his pressure.
STATEMENT FROM NETANYAHU
