To benefit from this new advantage, customers can go to one of the 260 stores of the brand or on its website. Once in store, simply show proof of purchase. An exchange will then be made for a new bra from the same collection.
Online, the complaint is made to the customer service of the French brand. You simply have to send Pictures illustrating the failure via the contact form, the maximum complaint period remaining identical to that in force in the stores. Once the request has been studied and the defect noted, the bra can be returned to RougeGorge. This time, no exchange with an identical product, but rather a good buy usable on the brand’s website, including the price of the bra and return shipping costs.
