The first completed districts in Sunday’s election are expected to be reported in at around 8.30pm tonight. Just under an hour later, normally somewhere between 21.15 and 21.30, enough districts have been counted for the result to stand.
– Somewhere around 21.15 you will know pretty well how the election is going – but to see the election result in its entirety, you have to watch the entire vigil, says Fouad Youcefi.
