On May 21, a new chapter opens for The Witcher 3 modding community, with official support from CD Projekt RED. “Mark your calendars: The Witcher 3 REDkit, a comprehensive mod editor based on the game’s engine, launches May 21, 2024! It will be available for free for anyone who owns The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC,” the company announced. This mod editor will give new impetus to the world of modding by providing players with the opportunity to develop extended mods, from missions to weapons.
Unfortunately, this expansion will not provide mod support for console players. However, for PC players, this official support means adding dozens of hours of gaming time.
