Team manager Christian Horner, accused of inappropriate behavior, commented for the first time on the results of the investigation.

Red Bull team manager Christian Horner says he is satisfied that the investigation into inappropriate behavior against him was completed.

According to Talli, the independent investigation found no evidence of inappropriate behavior. Red Bull did not reveal the background of the investigation in more detail, but the Dutch media did De Telegraaf reported earlierthat the inappropriate behavior would be Horner’s sending of sexually tinged messages to a female employee.

– I’m just happy that the process is over. Of course I can’t comment on that. The focus is now very much on the Bahrain GP and the upcoming season. We are trying to defend both our championships, Horner told Sky Sports.

Horner did not respond to a question about whether he regretted the matter becoming public.

– Unfortunately, I cannot give you any other comments. I am happy to be here in Bahrain and the team is focusing on the upcoming season.

Horner’s situation has long been a topic of discussion in formulas. Horner assured that the team is united.

– It has never been stronger in our team before, Horner answered the question about unity.

The 50-year-old Horner has served in his position the longest among the current team managers. Under his leadership, the team has won six team championships and seven drivers’ championships.

The F1 season, which includes no less than 24 races, starts this weekend in Bahrain. The first race will be exceptionally run on Saturday because of Ramadan.
