They were best and worst dressed

The Nobel party is over, and today most of the guests probably wake up from this year’s big ball with a memory to last a lifetime.

Something that has fascinated for decades is of course what the guests are wearing. Of course, men’s fashion can also be of interest, but they may not have as much wiggle room as dress wearers.

Over the years, there have been some clothing scandals, such as the princess Madeleine’s “Baywatch” dress in 2002 or when the crown princess Victoria flouted a dress code in 2014 and wore the seraphim order on bare skin. A fashion faux pas that she actually repeated during this year’s Nobel.

But who were the best and worst dressed? News24: p Quetzala Mikko Blanco rates this year’s Nobel dresses – from top to bottom!

Queen Silvia’s Nobel dress 2024

What a comeback! Last year was queen Silvia soporifically boring in a pink-gray-dassy story from Camilla Thulin. This year, she chose a much more dramatic look in the form of a custom-made, truly majestic bladder from one of her favorite designers in Paris. So beautiful! Also love that the upper part is more figure-hugging. It is perfectly fine to be 80 years old and dress tight.

Crown Princess Victoria’s dress by Christer Lindarwmade in three layers of chiffon, in grey, black and lavender. Sophisticated and so, so, pretty! One of Crown Princess Victoria’s best looks since wearing mother Silvia’s Nina Ricci-dress year 2018.

To shine like the princess Sophia do in the seventh month is not simply. When the undersigned was pregnant, the melody was a pair of washed-out, bumpy Lindex pants that mostly signaled “there will never be another child”. Sofia chose Danish design from Soren Le Schmidbecause of her Kleinblue dress, and never has anyone been prettier in the seventh month.

Marie Brodin cheered up the December night with lemon yellow. It looks very exclusive, almost breathes Meghan Markle!

Minister of Culture Parisa Liljestrand didn’t skimp on the flair in this bright pink meringue in raw silk. Nice!

Ebba Busch
Ebba Busch is usually impeccably dressed when there is a party, but this dress is more reminiscent of a broken grapefruit that someone forgot on the sink. And what kind of hideous hairdo is that? Minus points.

Josephine Johansson
The dress is not entirely to my taste, but that’s not really the big problem here but..WHY IS SHE WEARING A SMART WATCH?!

The princess Madeleine in green sequins from Fadi El Khourywho designed several of Princess Madeleine’s previous Nobel dresses. Beautiful overall, and from the front the dress is really a full scorer. BUT the trailer pulls the rating down. It’s a bit too foresty for my taste…

Magdalena Andersson
Magdalena’s dress is beautiful, but far too boring for the Nobel party. She could have maxed it out with a little color, or at least some edgier jewelry.
