Diablo 4 has been going steeply on Twitch since its release in early June. We at MeinMMO show you which streamers are currently doing particularly well.

Diablo 4 is so successful right now: Blizzard’s new action RPG is currently the most watched game on Twitch. More than 111 million stream hours were consumed in the last 30 days – more than five times as much as second-place Rust (via sullygnome).

So if you’re big in Diablo 4, you’re generally doing well on Twitch right now. Here you get an overview of the top 5 in terms of Diablo 4.

How is the list created? The data in this list is as of Friday, June 16, 2023 and is for the last 14 days. The streamers are sorted by watch time, i.e. hours watched. We used the following criteria to create the top 5:

  • Stream language: English
  • watch time: 1,618,751
  • Hours Streamed: 197
  • Channel: twitch.tv/nl_kripp
  • The Romanian-Canadian streamer is primarily in Hearthstone, but that has been the end of June 2nd. The PoE and Diablo veteran has already spent more than 200 hours with his Necromancer since the release.

5 days ago Kripparrian reached the coveted level 100 – you can admire his exuberant enthusiasm here:

    4th place: Jessirocks

  • streamers: Thomas “Jessirocks” M.
  • Stream language: German
  • watch time: 2,777,408
  • Hours Streamed: 236
  • Channel: twitch.tv/jessirocks
  • Austrian Jessirocks is an avid hack’n’slash player. The focus of his channel has so far been on Diablo 3, but in between he also shows alternatives such as PoE, Lost Ark or Diablo Immortal.

With the release of Diablo 4, Jessirocks shot to number 1 on the German Twitch, where he is for the last 14 days. During the first 72 hours he just let his stream run through, he wasn’t playing himself, others took over.

With the colleagues from GameStar, you can find out how the streamer rated the first 200 hours in Diablo 4. You can see his conclusion about the nasty butcher in the clip:

    3rd place: wudijo

  • streamers: wudjo
  • Stream language: English
  • watch time: 3,283,314
  • Hours Streamed: 194
  • Channel: twitch.tv/wudijo
  • Wudijo is a German streamer who speaks English in his streams. He’s a true Diablo expert, so it’s no wonder he was one of the first streamers in the world to reach level 100 in hardcore. He was also the first to achieve this feat all by himself.

However, Wudijo lost his huntress a few days ago. While there’s no shame in dying against the toughest boss in the game, the way it happened is still pretty bitter. As a true professional, the streamer had another level 50 hunter up his sleeve – had:

    2nd place: Quin69

  • streamers: Quintin “Quin69” Crawford
  • Stream language: English
  • watch time: 3,292,700
  • Hours Streamed: 192
  • Channel: twitch.tv/quin69
  • Besides his expertise in hack’n’slays like PoE and Diablo, the New Zealander Quin69 is almost as well-known for his constant bans. With his druid, the streamer fought his way up to level 91, only to be killed by a nasty bug.

The hardcore character got caught after he had just cleared a Nightmare dungeon and was about to port back to Kyovashad. However, the game hung up during the loading screen. After a restart, Quin60 was then greeted by the news that his druid had entered the Hall of the Dead – almost 173 game hours were gone.

As a real professional, the streamer doesn’t let such small things bother him (caution, loud!):

    Honorable Mentions

  • With a watch time of 10,445,214 hours, the account Fextralife is currently number 1 of the most watched channels for Diablo 4. However, there is no individual behind it, but a community and news page.
  • Twitch streamer cArn_ doesn’t make the list with a watchtime of 191,796 hours, but he still deserves respect as the first player to reach level 100 in hardcore. He too had to admit defeat to a disconnect.
  • Asmongold is commonly considered Twitch’s biggest MMORPG streamer and is a big fan of hack ‘n’ slays like Diablo and Path of Exile. Accordingly, a place in this list would have been safe for him. Asmongold started right away with the release, but it was over after just a few hours. Although the streamer announced that it would show Diablo 4 on its second account, it has not yet streamed a total of 30 hours.
  • 1st place: shroud

  • streamers: Michael “shroud” Grzesiek
  • Stream language: English
  • watch time: 4,357,271
  • Hours Streamed: 143
  • Channel: twitch.tv/shroud
  • Former CS:GO pro shroud is actually Twitch’s shooter god. Titles like Valorant and Counter-Strike usually run on the “human aimbot” channel. But the streamer’s heart beats for WoW – a love that his viewers do not share.

With Diablo 4, shroud also reaches significantly fewer viewers than, for example, in spring with CS:GO and Counter-Strike 2 (via TwitchTracker). But the streamer doesn’t care much, because he’s in the grind and reached level 100 with his druid – only to be killed by a server lag.
