Jonna Adlerteg was a big success in “Master of Masters”.
Now the viewer favorite opens up about the great uncertainty.

This year’s season of the SVT program “Mästarnas mästare” has been highly praised for two fantastic athletes. Above all, the skating star Nils van der Poel who showed off his incredible winning skull and took home the entire competition in superior style.
Adlerteg’s success
But the one who exceeded expectations the most and became the big viewer favorite has been the gymnast Jonna Adlerteg. The 27-year-old impressed a lot during the course of the program and as the only woman against all the male participants at the end, she was a great success.

Adlerteg really bit the bullet and took the fight by outshining the other participants several times over this year’s season. Jonna just defeated van der Poel in the hunter rest with hardly any effort, she also broke the all-time record for grip power and she excelled again against van der Poel in a tough endurance course.

“Was not feeling well”
Jonna managed to make a big impression with her incredible will and warm personality. But it was not at all certain that she would be in the program and the gymnast hesitated for a long time.
– Well, I wasn’t really sure how I wanted to do it, but the more I thought about it, the more I felt that you want to take a chance like this of course, she tells P4 Örebro.

In retrospect, Jonna Adlerteg is happy that she accepted and she has received enormous appreciation from the TV viewers in recent weeks.
– It was great fun, really. I’m very happy that I did it and that I got to participate too, she says in the interview.

The 27-year-old also opens up about how the recording of “Master of Champions” actually goes and what happens during the competition itself.
– We get a fairly thorough briefing, but we get it right before we have to drive. So usually we don’t get to test at all, but when we had to shoot we got three test shots against a plank. After all, I’ve never held a gun so I didn’t even hit that plank when I was going to shoot. So then I didn’t feel very well before we were going to run that branch, Jonna admits to the radio channel.
