The genitals of the Indonesian man, who was horribly injured while having sexual intercourse with his wife, was compared to an ‘eggplant’ by doctors. The man, who kept his identity secret, stated that he heard a cracking sound and felt pain during sexual intercourse.
The unfortunate 50-year-old man took himself to the hospital after sexual intercourse. He told doctors that for four hours, his genitals were constantly swollen and bruised. At the same time, he added that blood started to come from the urinary tract among his complaints.

The doctors, who were on hand to treat the man, wrote in the report that the genitalia looked like an “eggplant.” They said they thought that during the couple’s “vigorous” lovemaking, his penis hit either his wife’s perineum or her pubic bone.
Doctors had to remove layers of cuticle and flesh to access the damaged tissue underneath. The 50-year-old man, who spent five days in the hospital, recovered and was discharged.
