The next movie from Dany Boon unfolds. A first trailer for Life for Real, the actor’s latest achievement, was posted online on February 7, 2023. This feature film also marks the reunion in front of Dany Boon’s camera and Kad Merad, the duo from Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis who also starred in Supercondriaque. They are joined here by Charlotte Gainsbourg at the casting. This comedy is due out in theaters on April 19, 2023.
In Life for Real, Dany Boon plays Tridan, a naive man who has spent his entire life at Club Med. At 50, he decides to resign to go to Paris and find his childhood friend, Violette. He finds himself living with his half-brother Louis, who was unaware of his existence and seeks to get rid of him. For this, he asks one of his conquests to pretend to be Violette. Synopsis – Tridan Lagache spent his life at Club Med, where he was born. At 50, he quits the vacation club to reunite with his childhood sweetheart, Violette. He arrives in Paris where he is hosted by Louis, a half-brother he did not know existed. To get rid of Tridan, Louis begs one of his conquests, Roxane, to pose as Violette.
