On the way home late one evening, two teenage girls made a terrifying discovery.
Just a few meters behind them walked a wolf – which then started running towards them.
And it was all caught on film.
Moa Söderblom and Helmi Gustafsson were on their way home and were near Fjärås Bräckaskolan in Kungsbacka municipality when they saw the animal. At first they thought it was a big fox, but then realized it was a wolf.
– It was scary as hell because I thought: now it’s going to grab my arm or something, says Helmi Gustafsson.
“Started running towards us”
The wolf came down towards the path they were walking on and then started walking a meter behind them. The girls were curious about the animal and chose to pick up their mobile phones to capture the meeting on picture.
– It walked behind us for about a minute and then stood and looked at us. Then it started running towards us, says Helmi Gustafsson.
When the wolf started moving towards them again, they got really scared, and started running.
– The only thing I thought about was that it would catch on.
They also say that they were afraid that the wolf would have a pack nearby. But everything ended happily and after about five minutes the wolf turned away and they were able to breathe.
