The team that wrecked 7000 cars is launching a new

Two brothers, two police officers and yet completely different people. These are the two characters of Ken Duken and Fabian Busch in the new series Drift – Partners in Crime. A murderous story brings them together. for having it gets down to business in the action series, the team from Alarm for Cobra 11 – the highway police, which has wrecked around 7,000 cars in over 20 years, as RTL has counted. Drift also lures with complex stunts, but the story is a bit more complex than you are used to with the highway police.

On February 24, Drift – Partners in Crime will start on the WOW streaming service. You can read more about the release later in the article.

What is the Sky series Drift – Partners in Crime about?

Leo Zeller (Fabian Busch) and Alois “Ali” Zeller (Ken Duken) are brothers who have little in common. And they don’t really like each other either, which is why they have tried to avoid each other for the past few years. Ali lives his life in Munich as a police officer at the Commissariat for Operational Measures and Leo in Leipzig as an investigator at the State Criminal Police Office. But now fate brings the unequal brothers together again.

After a failed prisoner transfer the driver Ali is blamed. Leo reluctantly tries to help him. Both suddenly find themselves at the center of a conspiracy. Completely on their own, the brothers embark on an exciting and dangerous journey to uncover the mysterious masterminds behind the conspiracy that is affecting the police department itself.

Sky and the streaming service WOW are starting immediately first five episodes of drift season 1. According to Sky, these are complete in terms of content. All episodes have a running time of around 45 minutes.

Episodes 1 to 5 were directed by Tim Trachte, who had already worked on the Netflix series Biohackers. Longtime cameraman Ngo The Chau (stereo) is responsible for the second half of the first season. Behind the scenes, for example in the production and writing staff, there are a few personalities associated with Alarm für Cobra 11, above all the company ACTION CONCEPT, which has been producing the action series for RTL since 1992.

When is Drift part 2 coming to Sky?

The remaining five episodes of Drift are scheduled to air in Autumn 2023 to WOW or Sky come, but there is no concrete start date.

So action fans are spoiled for choice: on Netflix, Formula 1: Drive to Survive returns at the same time as season 5, and on Sky, Drift also lures everyone in front of the screen who can enjoy a well-kept chase.
