The Ombudsman Per Lennerbrant has on several occasions reviewed and criticized the Migration Agency’s processing times. Now JO is starting a new review.
“In previous decisions, I have pointed out the importance of cases that have a major impact on individuals’ lives to be settled within a reasonable time,” says Lennerbrant in a press release.
The Swedish Migration Agency’s opinion must have been submitted to JO by 15 April at the latest.
