In a normal year in Medelpad and Ångermanland, around 70 mm of rain usually falls during the month of September. That amount of rain is now expected to fall in Västernorrland, just in the next week.
– It could even be more than that, there is a risk of flooding in the long run, says Nils Holmqvist.
