Province of Utrecht – The province of Utrecht spent 340 euros per inhabitant in 2021. This made Utrecht relatively cheap, only North Brabant, North Holland and South Holland had lower costs. This is evident from figures from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), which has listed the income and expenditure for 2021 of all provinces.
