The man who owns the apartment was later charged on suspicion of, among other things, murder. He himself has claimed that he acted in self-defense. According to the prosecutor, a conflict over the drug trade in the city is behind the incident. A man in his 20s and a boy under 18 are accused of, among other things, attempted aggravated robbery. A woman in her 20s stands accused on suspicion of aiding and abetting attempted aggravated robbery. Claims for multiple prison sentences The trial took place in Borås district court and during Friday the prosecutor presented his claims. The 22-year-old man who is suspected of murder and drug offenses should be sentenced to seven years in prison, according to prosecutor Marin Svensson. This is reported by Ulricehamns Tidning. The prosecutor is asking for just over five years in prison for the man in his 20s and for just over a year in closed youth care for the boy. The punishment for the woman who is suspected of involvement in the attempted robbery should be three years in prison, according to the prosecutor.
