The Postnord car turns into the driveway, the driver throws the package out the car window and drives away.
The incident is caught on film – but the family is asked to advertise to the company.
– Why do you have to go and destroy other people’s stuff like that? says Gustav Lindahl, who had the children’s toy destroyed.
The family had specially ordered a toy online because it was not available in local stores, and it was the package that Postnord threw away.
– It’s not a toy you can buy locally, so we had to order it. And now we won’t have time to get a new one for Christmas, says Gustav Lindahl.
After they posted the video on social media, they received hundreds of comments and many people recognized themselves.

Postnord says that it is a deviation.
– It is regrettable and we can see from the pictures that it is a delivery that we at Postnord are not responsible for at all, says Anders Porelius, press manager of Postnord.
– We deliver several hundred million packages every year. This is an anomaly that we see. If anyone has the same experience, we encourage them to contact us.
The family was in contact with Postnord locally and was then told that they should advertise the product to the company they ordered the toy from. The fact that they have footage of the package being thrown doesn’t matter, they were told.
– I am convinced that we will put it right, says Anders Porelius, press manager, and says that the family should contact Postnord again.
