20.54 Police, emergency services and ambulance were alerted due to a traffic accident at the Bygatan/Västra Ågatan intersection. According to the alarm from SOS, a person had been hit by a motorist.
The pedestrian, a man in his 70s, complained of pain in a knee and was taken to hospital by ambulance for check-up and treatment.
The driver is not suspected of any crime. The police will write a traffic accident report without suspicion of crime.
