New series from Peaky Blinders creator revolves around WWII Special Forces

The action of SAS: Rogue Heroes takes place in 1941 when the young officer David Stirling (Connor Swindells) is injured while training and out of boredom wants to found a new type of combat unit. This should the best and toughest mercenaries in World War II operate behind enemy lines.

In addition to Swindells, the cast includes stars such as Jack O’Connell, Alfie Allen, Sofia Boutella and Dominic West. The first season of SAS: Rogue Heroes will consist of six episodes and currently has a proud average rating of 100 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
