Another video streaming offer is approaching. Ahead of HBO Max, which is expected in 2023, France will host Paramount+ in December this year. The service will also end up on operator boxes
As with the launch of Disney+, the Canal+ group will distribute the service in France via the Canal+ Ciné Séries offer. This is called the hard bundle. But the agreement is not exclusive.
The Paramount + mobile application will be offered on iOS and Android and therefore accessible in OTT via smartphones, computers, tablets or connected televisions. ViacomCBS entrusted the Echoes that he also intended to do business with French operators and therefore be present on the boxes.

The agreement between Paramount+ and Canal+ is broader than this launch since the French group will also distribute ViacomCBS television channels such as MTV or Game One. Finally, Canal + will exclusively offer Paramount films six months after their theatrical release and two Showtime series per year.
