Now he is loading up for the 2024 season in a different way.

In 2023 fortified Armand Duplantis his unchallenged position as the world’s best pole vaulter by far and continued to write himself into the history books. What a double world record and another WC gold is clear proof of his greatness.
Duplanti’s success
The Swedish world star started last year in the best way by jumping 6.22 meters and breaking a new world record already during the indoor season. After that, he had to fight against pain and injuries during the summer, but that still didn’t stop “Mondo” from easily taking home the WC gold in Budapest.

Then the season and the year got the best possible end when Duplantis managed another super jump at the end of the season in the Diamond League and broke a new world record with 6.23 meters. At the end of the year, the 24-year-old was also named the world’s best male track and field athlete for 2023, receiving yet another heavy accolade during his successful career.
Undressed Mondo
During the winter, Armand Duplantis treated himself to much-needed rest and recovered his body for the 2024 season, where the big goal is of course the summer Olympics in Paris and another hunt for gold.
