In this case of abuse, Ndella Madior Diouf has been in police custody for two days. Several members of his nannies team were also questioned. For almost two years, she had been running this nursery without administrative authorization. There she took in children abandoned by their parents, or who were entrusted to her by young mothers who did not want to keep them.
