The scenario in this particular exercise involves rescuing two injured pilots and is done in collaboration with the municipal rescue service. A collaboration that exercise leader Josefin Nordness appreciates:
– We have been missing it for several years, but in the last two years we have achieved just that.
Unbeknownst to the participants
Those who took part in the exercise were completely unaware of the alarm – precisely so that it would be as similar to a real scenario as possible.
– It is on these occasions that we can develop our business, says Håkan Leijonqvist, Deputy Union Manager.
